To book, a minimum deposit of £150.00 is required, this deposit is refundable subject to cancellation rules or you can pay the full holiday period amount at booking, this is mandatory for bookings within 30 days of rental.  An additional security deposit (refundable after your stay if no damage occurs, pro rata depending on damage level) is required, of £250.00 also at the time of balance payment. The final balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival date
